Return and Exchange Policy

We know there’s no such thing as standard sized products, so if for any reason you are unhappy with your items or you would like to look for another solution, please return the items to us for a refund or exchange!

Refunds and Exchanges can only be offered on non-sale merchandise still in it’s original and unused condition.

Returns with an original receipt or purchase order number within 14 days of shipment will be elidable for a full refund minus the original cost of shipping. Returns without a receipt or with an original receipt within 30 days shipment will receive a Merchandise Credit.

If you do not have your original receipt and you used a credit card for payment, we will do our best to obtain your purchase transaction from our system to process your exchange/refund. If we cannot locate your original purchase transaction, you will receive a Merchandise Credit.

Returns can be made at any store. There are no shipping or restocking fees if you make an in-store return.

Returns may also be shipped to 6760 US 9, Howell, NJ 07731. You will be responsible for sending returns back in their original unopened condition with valid tracking information within our policy timeframe.
